What happens if I do not recieve my product?
First you will be emailed a tracking number on the where abouts of your package at the time of shipment. We ship Via UPS/ Fed Ex- We have a tracking on the product and will know if the Item was delivered to your address or not! If the shipper notifies us or if we contact the shipper notifying them that there is a problem, we will take it up with them and resend you out your product.
What do I do if my product was sent to me and had missing our damged parts?
Contact us via email at edenstreamstrademarket@gmail.com with the explanation of what happend and we will respond within 48 hours with a RA number, and return address for you to prepay shipment back to our Mother Company for processing the exchange, and reshipping the new product to you. Please allow 3- 6 weeks for processing, It usually does not take up to 6 week but just incase if there are any delays in proccessing or in shipping.
