We offer a 30 day exchange from the purchase date for any damage or defective merchandise (no cash refunds). We offer free shipping at the purchase of most of our merchandise and so the return shipping is at the customer's expense. In order to get a exchange you will need to contact us at edenstreamstrademarket@gmail.com with the reason for the return we then review the reason and respond with your approval and will send you a RA number ( Return Authorization number) and the address that you need to prepay shipping to. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for proccessing the exchange and new product in the mail.
Note: no exchanges will be made if you do not have a approved RA number, and prepaid shipping. No C.O.D will be recieved at our end.
